Requirements for Program Participation

Effective as of December 1, 2007

Thank you for your interest in the Flip Video Spotlight Program (the “Program”). To participate in the Program, organizations must meet certain specific eligibility requirements. To determine whether your organization is eligible to participate in the Program, please review the requirements below.

Basic Requirements

  • Organization must be a U.S. nonprofit with 501(c)(3) designation and must not fall under any of the exclusions enumerated below.
  • Only organizations are eligible to participate, individuals are not.
  • Organization must upon request of the Program administrator, provide proof of nonprofit qualification and any additional information requested in order to allow the administrator to make a determination of organization’s eligibility to participate in the Program.
  • Organization must be willing to provide information regarding its participation in the Program to the Program administrator for use as a case study and/or in testimonials.
  • Organization must use the products purchased through the Program in a manner related to the purpose for which the organization has qualified for tax exempt status.
  • Organization must agree that it will not resell or otherwise transfer any products purchased through the Program in exchange for money, property or other services.

Exclusions

Organizations that fall under any of the exclusions below are not eligible to participate in the Program.

  • Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background.
  • Schools and educators are not eligible to participate in the Program but should visit the Flip Video Educators Program page for information about educational discounts and bulk purchases.
  • Organizations, such as churches, houses of worship and seminaries, whose primary mission is religious, except those that meet all three of these requirements: (1) have a secular 501(c)(3) designation separate from the religious organization; (2) provide social services to people regardless of their religious beliefs; and (3) do not propagate a belief in a specific faith.
  • International nonprofit organizations. The Program cannot sell products to purchasers outside of the United States or ship to addresses outside of the United States. International nonprofits are encouraged to work with United States-based organizations to participate in the Program.
  • Federal, State, Regional, and Municipal Governments including law enforcement and other agencies. These entities should please contact sales@puredigitalinc.com for information about discounts and bulk purchases.

In each case, Pure Digital Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to make all determinations regarding eligibility for participation and continuing participation in its sole discretion and to amend these requirements at any time and for any reason. In addition to the foregoing requirements, all use of this web site will be subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for this web site and all purchases under the Program will additionally be subject to the Terms of Purchase.
